What is your policy on missing or damaged food items?
If an item is missing or arrives in poor condition, please report it via your order history within 24 hours. We offer immediate credits or full refunds for any quality issues.
Can I schedule a specific delivery window?
Yes, during checkout you can select a preferred 2-hour delivery slot. You will receive a real-time tracking link via Facebook Messenger once your driver is en route.
Where can I find nutritional and allergen information?
Detailed ingredient lists and allergen warnings are located on each product page under the 'Nutritional Facts' tab. We recommend reviewing these carefully if you have specific dietary restrictions.
Do you accept SNAP EBT payments?
Currently, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Facebook Pay. We are working on integrating SNAP EBT support for eligible grocery items in the near future.
Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?
Orders over $35 qualify for free standard delivery. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be applied at checkout.
